Below is an aerial picture from FEMA, and a "before" pic.
Watermarks inside the shop showed at least 8 foot deep in the office area.
Flood stage = 12 Feet, Previous Record was 19 feet.
This flood was right at 32 feet !!
100 year flood & 500 year flooding 15 years apart, this was the 500 year!
